Just do what James suggested chuck the sun roof, get a sheet of ali paint it and rivet it to the roof. Its not often I agree with James

Safety devices make a cage for both sunroof and non sunroof corsa's unfortunately i bought mine off a mate brand new and it was for without a sunroof, still fitted but it was a tight fit

stoney - that def for one without sunroof & just super tight fit??

would be better fit then with the roof lining removed I'd imagine...

can you get better pics too of around the sunroof how close the bars are & where they travel...

this one is defo for without a sunroof and is pressed hard against the roof so i cannot use the sunroof at all. the one with sunroof sits an inch lower so you have full use of it

just wonderin about it cos me n broster probably both want full cages, so its the front bits which im thinking about clearance...

they haven't emailed me back yet, broster rang twice but both times they said they dont do for sunroof...

you wouldnt happen to have a model / part number for the cage for a sunroof would you??

i'm getting a full cage from OMP.
don't think you can use it with sunroof though.
not expensive and FIA approved.

upon speaking to this dude who builds fia cages, fia approval isnt much really but to get a custom cage approved it costs £600 just for the approval. the regs state that the wall thickness must be so much and the tubes must be so big etc....... its all on the fitment of the cage...
decided to go for a half cage now and then when i get a little more into track days ill go for the front half, the guys at that place are really good, building some fantastic cars!
