Just pay 4 the damage urself thats wot i had 2 do wen i crashed, i was only 3rd party anyway tho so i had to, but apparently its how much of the wall u damage as to if u hav to pay anythin 4 it, coz i hit a wall n only took out about 7bricks but it cost me over 1k to fix the car i wasnt charged for the wall but my mate hit th same wall n took out the whole top layer around 2metres in length and he was charged £300 to repair it!!

My sister got some points and thought she only had to tell them when she renewed it (she is a bit simple like that) and then crashed the car into another. She just kept quiet about it, the insurance company paid out and then she declared the points when it was next up for renewal.
Im not condoning not declairing your points as these days 3pts doesnt really raise your premium much, but if you have forgotten then just keep quiet for now and if they find out just play dumb!
