HAD, removed for trax, now have a lightweight one

pmsl, i cant wait to see it when i get it back pmsl, i forgot i had it towed there with no spoiler and looking very manky... 6 weeks later.......... hahahahaha been out in the sun too i feel

thats alright broster, took me long enough but got it done!
i say get your rusty boot sorted and get the rest G3d up and itll look much better.Weve got a bloke that comes to work that valets and does a full electric polish for a pretty decent price.

have you got a sunroof rob? Im a little disapointed i was hoping to get mine down to 900 but will have full cage. what brakes do you have how much do you thinh the aircon weighs??

air con weight is similar to sun roof aritchie.... not much in it really. full cage will weight a bit... but robin has weight to be lost, you should get yours too 900 easy...

i have v6 brakes and reckon aircon is about 25kg

bear in mind i had a lot of petrol too

i was kinda joking about the brakes, only about 2kg in it

your engine will weigh a few kg more than mine though

Aircon weighs a ton.

As do V6 brakes, it affects the unsprung weight/handling alot. I.e mine was better with smaller brakes

hummm the 2ltr may hinder your progress but cant see why you wont get 900kg.

brakes are heavy and yes they do affect the unsprung weight but that is a trade off for better stopping power

Rob im not sure, but the compresser unit i think weighs at least 10kg on its own.

Thats not inclusing the other heavy bit plus radiator and pipework. Id say around 25KGs but that is a guess

Reckon mines about 865kg as a guess
