Ive no pics of the inside until tomorrow as on my gf comp! Best of all its all paid for so no debt
Hows it paid for?.. and out of interest, how much is it worth?
I work opposite side of the river to you.. the smaller of the 2 brown buildings that back on to the irwell - straight opposite the rear of the lowry.
I work on the ground floor, and could tell you some interesting facts about the lack of security in the building, should you (or anyone) be interested

I had some money in a trust fund for me to buy somewhere when I turned 18, so got this as an investment and to live in while I was at Uni.
Bought it for £220k, is worth about £275k now.

No but I do have another one on the bedroom wall upstairs
Theres me saying owning a house is ace, got home from footballlast night to find water flooding through the kitchen ceiling Made a nice mess, plumbers been out and theres a leak, resulting in floor boards coming out and possibly even tiles/shower too. Not sure if I'm angry or find it funny actually, what a hassle!

My speakers are all out of the Monitor Audio Radius range. Here
Got the...
Radius 360 Sub
Radius R270 as the floorstanding
Radius R180 as the centre speaker
Radius R90 as the four surrounds
All in laquar black.
Absolutly fantastic sound, cant fault them.

worked at a place a while ago that was the only major supplier in auz for Energy Audio, extremely expensive stuff, but the best quality. a few demo setups were running every other day to quality test before being dispatched, the clarity was unlike anything i have ever heard, just so clear and crisp, and the subs were enough to make the warehouse walls shake at full whack. also took 2 large men to lift the uprights because the magnets were so chunky

Ahh, too true.
I myself yearn for a pair of piano black Daddy Nautili (I think that's the plural ), but can't stretch to 30 grand for a pair of speakers yet, not to mention the Krell mono-blocks i'd need/want, to run them.

Dont need to be clever or talented dude, jus work hard and do some studyin or summat, neither nat or i are particularly clever but we both studied for a while (accounts) and now earn over £50k between us We are 24 and 23
Has taken hard work an we are only half way thru but it pays off

Ever since i've brought a house, i'm so interested in the business markets, expecially interest rates and the general economy. I'm waiting for the rates to go down again soon.
