yep, TBs would be more effective too, as the power would be useable all the way through the revs, not just nothing till 3k, then bang (literally)

i'd say a TB'd 1.6 would be more powerful than a turbod one anyway, cos i wouldnt fancy winding up the boost and it going pop on me

are you for real mate?

first you say you are spending £2350 on all this:

Ohh and if i can get hold of an lexmaul that will be going on
So if anyone has one for sale, let me know.

Matt

then you say you are getting a lexmaul inlet, then you are also going to turbo it???

a few things to think about:

1. why spend 500 plus on cams when you are going for a ecu re-map? you wont be able to use the extra power they can gain you without aftermarket management anyway.

2, 150 bhp is not possible with that spec on a re-mapped ecu.

3. you cant use the lexmaul with a turbo conversion

4. you will need aftermarket management with a turbo, so ecu re-map is a waste of money.

5. so you are spending 500 on cams, 350 on a lexmaul and 400 on a remap for it all to go to waste???

you could buy a throttle body kit, omex management and custom loom and all fully fitted from me for £2300 and get 160 bhp.

not being able to use the lexmaul with a turbo sucks a bit

and the power gain from the cams and an ecu remap is better than nothing to be fair

what tbs do you use corsa808?
