yes true. Well as I said, good luck to you mate. At the end of the day, I gues when a new car is a steak, a tenner is worth the gamble! But as Ian said, his feedback is a bit poor - meaning he probably advertises stuff and if it doesnt go the way he wants it, just breaks the rules.

But if its a legally binding contract surely he HAS to sell? Legal means its the law doesn't it?

If he wont provide me with an address then I'll try contacting other members. See if I can get an address off of them....

because the item is less than 15 you're not covered under ebay's standard purchace protection. but if you've not paid for it yet and he doesn't get back to you, there's no loss really. still file a complaint though

doubt it. You will get laughed out of court and someone will probably trip you up on the way out.

You probably could, but it would cost more than the car is worth.

If you win they pay your legal fee's. My boss had troubles with his car & took the company to the small claims court. Cost 300 & they paid it because he won.

I'll give him a chance to reply before ringing him. Need to find out where I stand though first of all, if its a legally binding contract doesn't he have to sell?
