That last pic of the Corsa is ideal....starting to see now

I can't take her too low cos the camber on my driveway would rip the crap out of my front bumper or exhaust (private car park, don't think I need to explain implications).

I really like that.

Yeah even a slight drop is a big different to standard looks-wise from standard suspension though. Plus if you increase the size of the wheel you put a bit of height back anyway.

Wheels £680 new with tyres, £140 for backbox maybe, 60mm drop i would say. If you just want springs it wont be expensive but you could get a full kit for £200ish

I think thats a 60mm drop so around £60 for spings if you want springs and shocks around £140 - 200

£300 -400 for wheels 16' Speedlines(second hand)

Backbox - £100 for a full system around £300

I have to be really careful, seriously the camber between the road and the pavement to my driveway is sick.

Pi are shite. Stay away. I had them on mine the only benefit i had was it was lower the handling was rubbish and was boncey when it shouldnt be.

Koni's are ok, Ebach are ok aswell. You might want to check the classifieds for springs and shocks

Actually yes

Driving my brothers Redtop Cavvy up there too, pity there's so many cameras in Wiltshire....robbing bar stewards.

Worse case scenario is I get there and she's rotting underneath, at which point I'll be paying the guys Ebay fees to up her again.

EDIT: Or engine is shagged of course. Won't be happy in either instance

Funnily enough my bro has got a 2.0l 8v sat in the garage but he's gonna use that in a Nova he got given (yes, given). It's H plate and quite tidy, especially for free.

The kit costs loads and I'm not confident enough with motors yet to even attempt a mission like that....be nice to just be able to wave a finger at boy racers though with a smug grin on my face
