when the amal vale pipe is open the waiste gate cant open there for it will boost upto rev limiter and it will just keep on boosting

do you lot actally understand anything, leave the power too the amalvalve connected but take the vacuum pipe's off, then fit the mbc between the accuator and turbo feed and then try running more then 12psi with the mbc and it will still boost cut due too the standard boost chip in the ecu, obviously if the feed pops off its gonna run silly boost, everyone should know that unless you have a weak accuator then it wont run silly boost with the pipe off but still not a good thing too do.

What i am saying it with/without the amal valve piped and mbc in its place, it will still boost cut anything over 12psi with standard chips.

if the mbc is connected and pipe on the amal valve comes off then it wouldnt make any difference if there was an mbc present or not

it cant it would only cut boost at what the mbc is set to the ecu cant physicly cut the boost as its not attached to anything electronic when the amal is disconected on the other hand it can cut the fuel/ spark or reard the timing via the map sensor when it gets to 12psi of boost

How the fook can the ecu open the waist gate when the amal valve is not conected??the amal valve is what the ecu uses to open the waist gate yes/no?

so if the amal valve is not conected the ecu cant cut boost all it can cut is ignition/fuel

you dont need a amal valve too open the wastegate, do a direct vacuum feed from accuator too turbo and it will still boost watever the accuator is set too.

i just did. how do you think a external wastegate works, it dont use the ecu, same as when you fit a turbo too a 1.4 8v ect without using management and standard ecu.

boost cut is ignition/fuel cut off, nothing too do with amal valve.

but your saying the ecu can still cut the boost the only thinkg that can open the waist gate when an mbc is fitted is pressure so the ecu can not cut the boost can it if it thinks there is a problem of if the is over boost the ecu over boost feature it redundant when the amal is disconected the only think the ecu can contole is fuel and ignition

if the ecu detects det via the knock sensor it will protect it self with the amal valve opening the waist gate
if the boost is too high it will open the waist gate yet again via the amal valve to protect its self but if the amal is not present the only way of opening the waist gate is when max boost is achieved and the waist gate opens depending on what the mbc is set so and actuator is set to
