yes the 16v head fits on the 8v block and nothing needs to be changed. only thing is use the 16v head gasket cause the water ports differ
Teddy yes its daewoo parts cause in this country we never got the opel 1600 16v in corsas.
Guys the car is std, front bumper, bonnet and tailights are std. they came like that from 2000 onwards here is SA

well internals on the motor are std. No i donthave a diff i run a F18 gearbox. from the kadett f 200is.
Teddy that daewoo head fits nicely and does the work. The car is awesome to drive, especially when u strap a guy in a big car and he pulls up next to u and says no way a corsa just strapped him

275bhp
240 lb/ft

do you have a dyno graph for us to drool over?
would like to see how the car holds up higher up the rev range...
and im sure a 20LET needs something like 1.2bar to get those figures...

no guys i dont use anything else to cool other than the intercooler. will be getting some water/methanol injection kit later on. Oh the cooler is proper intercooler core used by Volvo and the dimensions of the cooler are 500mm long x 250mm high x 70mm thick
@monster well if u wanna i can check with Gm here or other places and see what it will cost for a new bumper. Then maybe we can ship it out to u
