I imagine it could be swapped for a Ghia one or something, without the blue/red?

i have just swapped my faded blue steering wheel for a nice black perforated leather one from a puma. but im having murder with the air bag

anyways, ive owned mine for almost 2 years now and cant fault it.
slightly quicker than my 1.4 sport (but that had head work) and a damn site more refined too.

like jr said, it handles very well and is very precise and direct in the corners. however, ive got ford racing suspension on it which consists of eibach springs and bilstein gas dampers.

im more than happy with mine and hope to finish it over the winter and then i will be even happier with it cos it will be "my car" and not still a "work in progress"

and if you have one its gotta be in imperial blue

i dnt mind these, wasnt overly impressed by them but then thats cos i drove a racing puma before hand lol so was comparing them to each other. but it def was a nicer drive than the corsa and did handle very well.

the only thing that puts me off having one is the interior, not 100% sure on fessie interiors and the fact its a ford, i have crashed both fords i owned lol

nathan you slut a FRP is far superior to the fiesta. its like comparing a Cossie to a sierra ghia

i can remember when i bought mine and put a post up on here about it, all one person kept going on about was how much he hated the dash

i only dislike the dash if i'm sat in the passenger seat, as it seems about 5 miles from your knees, which feels odd

FRP is the better car, but firstly i cant afford one, they are still about £473,000, and secondly, insurance is about the same

hmmm, apparently, the Bluefin fucks up the fuelling, but only if its combined with other mods.

the way to get power is Cams, an exhaust manifold, full system, panel filter and a live map, should see about 130bhp.

apparently...

170bhp is achievable without TB's on those engines. I wanted to slag out my mk4 with coilovers, full blown 1600 lump, cage etc but it wasnt financially sensible. Just going to buy a big bad ford instead, had enough of this modded car malarky!
