Yes he just booted it without looking, the keeper laid on the floor the whole time, biggest slice of luck ever
Beckham's goal was equally good if not better. Hes not poo just doesnt deserve to play right mid when we've got people who can do the job better!
Alonso is the man, seeing it is one thing, executing it another!! And TWICE inside a year

Jamie you dickhole
We played a bit better and it was nice to play an easier tie. PMSL @ bellamy he's having some banter with oppositions fans lately eh
Thought garcia played well personally, kuyt is looking impressive and his growing confidence will see him score some great goals this season imo, he's defo added an extra dimension to attack when he's with bellamy.
Alonso's goal was ace, I love the fact he had tha audacity to try it again and alot of players would miss from there if they even saw the opportunity.

Anyone who has the bottle to try a shot from that distance deserves a bit more credit than that Jamie I know what you're saying though, just hit it and once it leaves your boot you just have to hope.
Quality goal nonetheless though.

If you look at it then he has a quick look up just before he hits is, keeper only slips cos he caught of guard.
Fair play to the lad for trying it. Keeper probs would have saved it without the slip though.

Our keeper was up for the corner, so that left an empty net, and even then like you say it wasnt that cleanly struck.

Your best mate Beckham did the same in a Real Madrid game when they played Athletico Madrid. Someone threw an apple at him, so he took a bite, and spat it out. He's probably a knob for doing it though....

Your such a tosser. I say Utd have debt troubles, which they do, and you'll make out Im saying they are going bust. I say Beckham isnt a legend and you say I think he is a knob.
Get a fucking grip. I said he isnt a legend, not that he is a knob. I like the guy and think he has great ability...just isnt a legend IMO.

He did NOT mean to miss, so why is it luck, he didn't think " I'll have a game of crossbar challenge with myself and try my hardest not to score". 65 yards is jackshit to a footballer, I can kick it 80odd yards but I have to really get myself worked up and mad to do it. Alonso would piss it.

It's impressive to me how he pings it so far with so little back lift, looks effortless!
As if it was luck, image how much of a chump he would look if harper was on his line and simply caught the ball, he wasn't and he didn't. Alonso saw him off the line and had a shot, well played in my book.

I know I know, and I wasnt going to mention it (until you went bust ) but he was being a wanker saying that, and with it being the second time he has tried to make out IM saying something I completely wasnt I thought Id bring it up.
Im sorry to remind you of unhappy thoughts you are trying to blank out

OMG I almost forgot. There was a goal in one of the lower divions scored by I cant remember playing for I dont care.
Anyway this geezer got the ball in his own half looked up and saw the keeper off his line. So using his amazing talent (hence why he is playing in League1 or 2 ) he pinged the ball from all of 70 yards i know i know......
anyway this player must be better than Alonso because he actually had the audacity to make the ball bounce about 2 metres in front of the keeper then over his head into the goal.
HOW ABOUT THAT. I think Liverpool will buy him to add to their 5 time european cup winning side tbh.
