yeah and that is an oversite on our part however u choosing to go slate me on another site isn't.
and also telling people on here "I don't know why I'm banned" when adam claimed he was passing the PMs on cos he was asking on your behalf again isn't right.

ahhh that would explain some of the name calling aswell then because SOME people on EC have a serious issue with strathycruise. (not saying you are one of them btw).
as an admin on that site maybe you shoudl take a moment to recall how hard your job on there was and also how you cannot please everyone and you are only human and even as a moderator guess what... you make mistakes and may not be 100% perfect and clear 100% of the time..

please forgive us....this post was made this morning.....
I emailed you at about 8.30 this morning...as then I didnt know why I was banned
you're pm explaining things to adam was sent at 5.30 tonight.
Adam is in Malaysia....at 5,30 our time it is 12.30 in the morning his time.
Even if he was home...I was in the pub then....
at the time this thread was posted I had no idea why I awas banned

I have no issues with any forums...I stopped being a mod on there because they refused to ban people......we were allowed warnings...but no bannings

so you have just proven what I said earlier in the fact warnings do not work.
you can't be everyones friend online and if people get banned this is what happens... why shoudl moderators be afraid to ban people if they do summet wrong?
I do see some of your points however again I was a wee bit miffed at being told about this topic and the fact of the times you gave me from the email being sent to this post being created isn't exactly fair is it... not to mention the fact adam was claiming to be passing messages on he never said "im abroard and she wont get them for another 3 hours" etc.

my last pm to adam whcih arrived with him at 6.30pm our time
adam says "Can you give a bit more detail please, which rule? Do you not think that a little harsh and to be honest.... plain fucking stupid? Should users not be told why they are banned, or at least be given some indication of wrong doing and a chance to rectify?
The site seems to be focussed on a set of anal rules over anthing else.

only thing anal about our rules are when people talk shite and claim they never realised they were reposting their item or that they "forget" they already posted it or claim they are reposting due to time wasters or cos "its now on ebay"
we dont need to tell people why they got banned. simple answer is cos they ignored the rules.
