its got a 1/4mile day first... so will just be going with 1 seat the harnesses weigh a fair bit, more than the seat

Sound deadning was a fair bit too... have it in a couple of poly bags... so i may weigh it if i'm very bored.

battery tray/box : Its secured as it is... so dont see the need. May think otherwise of it clunks my coupen when it stacks into a wall though.

On the battery, (ORIG POSITION) the neg had three wires....

One to earth on scuttle, 1 into loom, and another larger one.... that when pulled, wasnt connected to anything! It had a braken ring connector on the end What should that go to? The bigest earth wire from battery terminal?!?!

hoping to get lower than mid 13's this time.

The engine has about 20bhp more, maybe upto 20kg lighter.
Will run the front at quite low PSI after a few test runs, and will see if i can get slim jim steelies in the back.
Really need to free up the rear platforms to raise the rear to get more weight on the front too!

Will re-fit the ARB for the track day too

its 190lb/ft, and about 205bhp

i think they are conservative figures, and needs some tweaking i think once its done some more miles. Really need it to be road legal to get some tame miles under its pants

205 is much easier to drive......

brakes are imediate, and dont fade. Susp is quite forgiving. Handles really well, and is quite progresive on power.

Corsa feels and sounds like it wants to kill you

I think its just a case of getting to know the corsa.....

i do like it.... but its no where near as suited to being a track car as a 205.

Simple de-blinkered fact.

I have always liked it, always will.... just the hassle
