WOW second dayu running I have done work on the car (not much as I was tired from being called into work midnight til 6am )

heres we go:

hmmm there seems to be a pedal missing here:

something missing in here also:

Big hole here! you can also see brake fluid has eat away at the paint round the servo from when i spit some down there a few years ago surprisingly bulkhead is still solid though.

thre some hamerrite on pedal mounting plate looks shit but it isnt seen and and the brake fluid had eaten away at this to making it brown

Painted up some new door handles as the olds ones the paint is falling off

need to block this hose up i think? looks interesting

found my missing pedal

Just need to attach it to this

then add these reservoirs and a dash mount bias adjuster

waiting on sourcing some new brake lines now then i will throw this little lot on

then fill it up with this

dug these out today also which i will use to hold down my fiberglass boot and bonnet

finally a bit more work on the dash ready to flated down and flocked now

and a pic of the car for good measure

in reference to this pic........

there was a certain vauxhall big block from fuckin years ago that didnt have a water way through the manifold. i cant for the life of me remember what model it was though. worth a trip to the scrappys if you can. i think it was a real old 1.6 8v big block, or 1800 8v carb model

i can just remember as i had to get one for my nova when we fitted carbs to it in about 2001 or whenever it was. but i cant remember what we got it off. went form water pump bit on block to the back plastic water rail and that was it. perfect if you can find one.
