Problem solved.
The inlet hose into the intercooler had a hole blown in it. Bit of ghetto bodging with some insulation tape and problem solved. Shall be off to get a new hose asap

what gauges do you have in the car?? Wouldn't be a bad idea to get oil temp and oil pressure and an aftermarket boost gauge so you know exactly what it's running. always good to keep an eye on temp's of everything, saves doing big damage if you can see things getting too hot!!!

It has no after market guages. What is that one next to the boost guage? Goes up to 3 and has a pic of an oil can. Oil pressure in the turbo??

Have a look at the SPS hoses aswell, just as good as the samco ones but much cheaper and also come in different colours
