What has first cars got to do with it

And Subaru's are not slower than turbo corsas. Some corsa's are at a higher level of tune. But the only corsa I can see getting anywhere near 10 second 1/4 is Beardy's twin LET'd project.

Please realise that a subaru is a 4wd, it is going to get the power to the ground much, MUCH faster than a corsa LET. Tbh, anything above 200bhp in a fwd car is a waste, its just going to spin.

Corsa's can be made to go quick in not debating that, im just saying whatever you can do to a corsa you can do to a subaru to make it even faster. Just most owners dont bother as the cars a good performer to boot without needing to slap on an engine from a different motor. Do you really think any subaru owner will be bothering their hoop if you can get past them. My thinking would be 'oh theres another bean tin with a calibra engine'

e.g

let on a motorway would be pretty imense!

put it standing side by side with a subaru,
on a little country road, or even a main road!

same bhp per tonne etc

il bet my vts the subaru is in front after 2miles
