the point was your personal opinions based on what you read (yes we dont all have labs!!), not just copy and paste something you've read.
Christ I can say I speak French, Spanish and Arabic, then just paste up some sentences....doesnt mean I understand what Im posting though

topshot you did say computer hardware was right up your street.
I read all the tech sites as well, reading something on the net and knowing what you are talking about are unfortunately unrelated.

how can you give a personal opinion? ITS FACT that the PS3 has issues with its memory. Cell processors are massively powerful but my point is Sony hasnt carried out what should have been a superb console.

wasnt ment to.but a computer etc is only as good as the slowest part/component and if the PS3 has issues with its memory it will have a knock on effect on the consoles performance.
On screen, which is what counts, it looks no better than the 360 or a half decent PC. which IMO means its failing the job it was ment to do

i have a 360 and im very tempted to order a wii soon, and if the ps3 line up looks impressive and vastly different to the 360s then i might get one aswell.
i honestly dont know if i have the time to use all 3 often enough though

You've got some good arguments but make sure they are correct. The architecture of the cell is very interesting. We've had a few of them over to our labs talking about the various designs used. Definatly interesting stuff (well much more than the normal stuff at work)

Virgin and Tesco have seen more sales of HD. Unless someone Shows me a complete report showing statistics for the UK i will stick with what i can confirm.

Blue Ray vs HD DVD is a pointless arguement. They will probably both sell as many as eachother, someone will bring out a cheap DVD player that plays both, prices crash due to competition between the 2, consumer is the winner.

i own a 360 and dont care. the ps3 will be huge and theres no doubt about it. but until it offers me a better gaming experience to my 360, i wont be buying one

its also highly likely that BOTH hd formats will fail, and everyone will just stick with normal dvd for now
