I have a feeling it's more to do with the fact that topshit will laugh at anything about any english team in europe. This is likely to be down to the jealousy he feels and because he can only dream of being part of the biggest club competition in the world, let alone in the final

For the simple reason you always want to beat off of the eventual winners, i think i'd like Milan to win, i'd probably say Liverpool was my English team however so i just hope it's an entertaining game for the neutral 
Kaka and Seedorf have been the best 2 players in the competition for me so far and Maldini has strolled through games looking like a young whipper snapper.

If Liverpool's defence can be organised enough to deal with Kaka's runs and get into him early that's half the job. Seedorf also needs to be stopped from lurking around the area like he did against Man Utd as he seems to get into some great positions to pick up loose balls, deflections etc..
As said I think Liverpool would be best picking a team suited for fast attacking and getting Milan on the break. Use the likes of Bellamy and Pennant and get the ball out to the wings.
As for the Gerrard and Gattuso battle... I think Gerrard has the skill and more importantly the experience to get one over on that mad fucker. Ronaldo took one or two tackles from him and that was him out the game. The same won't happen to Gerrard.

Agreed about the fast counter. We will also need to impose ourselves all over the field. We need to do the same as we did with baraca at anfield and not let them dictate the pace also ( this is how we won our 5-a-side game last night ). It's gonna be won in 90 minutes imo also.

That's what frustrates me, neutral's (manc's & topshot) talking shite. I don;t mind people talking milan up at all, it;s all part of it but they are not as confident as they are trying to portray and I very much doubt my team are being affected by ancelotti saying we were the third best english team in the competition etc and their chairman saying we are dull. We are 'dull' when we need to be, I bet anyone who watched us beat them last time didn't think it was dull
