Not 100% sure but more than likely, one mintue he didn't want to then he was on the phone to someone then he phoned police (after i had already done so and he knew they were coming ) and requested an ambulance!

if he claims through his insurance, his insurance will claim from yours...to repair HIS car...

So just leave it as it is...but infirm your insurance

as i was approaching the roundabout i was in the left hand lane approaching the slip road for the m11 and some badger from the middle lane clipped my rear drivers side wheel arch, then had the cheek to blame me!

Yeah he is.

I have no intention of giving him a penny covered in Sh!t tbh. I will contest it until i die if he goes through with claiming.

Fro

I wish people would own up to accidents, would really make life so much easier.

Hope everything gets sorted, and it's a good job you're ok n'all.

Will you still be coming to PVS?

I fucking wish! he his going to try and go through my insurance and as soon as the police got there he started claiming about whiplash etc The coppers told him to GTF about whiplash as he was walking around and being normal etc. Have to see what the insurers say but even the copper (sound guy, who knew i was in the right) said that insurers will probably blame me as i went into the back of him. But he told me to keep contesting it and gave me tips of what i should do, Best copper i've met (and ive met a few!)

I can't believe how similar this is to what happened with me! Chances are that no matter how much you contest it, or how obvious it is that it wasn't your fault, unless there were independant witnesses you'll be held accountable.
