my mate had one and just let it run free in his loft bedroom, it killed a rat 2 mice and some cockatiels that he also had
the only memory i have of it is how bad it smelled and it used to bite me whenever i went up the ladder

Think u can house train them, you can let them roam the house and everything but we decided to keep them outside as we have other animals. I dont think i would leave them alone with the cat though even though Simba is a tough nut
