Yeah I thought the rear springs were too harsh, the problem seems to be that when the car is on it's wheels the springs compress so all coils are touching the next one so there is very little "spring" to them - I'm guessing you have got ones that have fewer coils?

Nothing to mad..made minor adjustments in the engine to aid perfromance... phase 2 eds, xe inlet cam decent intercooler saab red injectors basic stuff, but with attention to detail.
Will probably run a garrett turbo when the kkk dies and have a new inlet manifold being developed but thats a while away.

Quick prototype pic of the new 300mm 2 piece disks. (wrong fixings as its just a mock up)
My set will prbably be anodised blue...also have the caliper brackets which means i can run 2ltr calipers instead of the v6 ones so pedal travel wont be so bad!

Cheers fella, had some random corsa driver taking pics of it on the A12 the other day, but i think the cage may have attracted the attention
Yep been making them for a while but not for vauxhalls..
So when you need some new ones for the coupe, give me a shout.
No V5 not yet, ill tax it online and have to pick it up from you.

Ok mate no problem - I had some guy on MSN the other night asking if I was the guy who had the GSi for sale (obviously I said yes but it had gone), he then asked for a pic of it to see if it was the one he was thinking of - maybe it was the same guy?!
Strange!
Yeah when I need some discs I'll come and see you - mates rates are always the best

managed to get abit more done.
Then after a quick degrease i removed the battery tray and airbox mounts
I then ground back any surface rust and treated it, after leaving it for 12 hours i cracked on and painted the bay up.
I then decied to crack on with the engine,
So fitted the turbo
the xe lightweight flywheel
and the underdrive pulley
after that i fitted the sachs race clutch
then the gearbox with the quaffe atb diff
and the equal length shaft.

So made abit more progress,
new oil return pipe turned up
went and got new fuel lines made up, and fitted those
then started to rebuild my hub carriers with the 2.0l hubs we machined and the new bearings.
pressing them all together.
all painted up, and refitted with new ball joint, trackrod end and bottom arm.
