Are you still looking for a quickshift for the F23 Steve?

LMF do them, there's 2 types, the one with the lever is the best.

I had one (never fitted it, obviously) and it was really good quality.

Now it's engine time........

Tidy up, strip off what i don't need. Clean the injectors, balence the bottom end, lightend flywheel and power clutch, Newman 264 cams and Dbalis pullies.

Then into my engine bay, get it running, then off up to Vsport for a remap.

Nope. They are ET45. At the mo it's 60mm all round. But the rear is stripped out so more like 50mm there.

But when i've had stuff in the back that really slammed it there was still no scrubbing.

Check that the gaps around the wheels are the same on either side of the car.

Remove the top bolt holding the plastic arch on.

I'm guessing that it's on the outside. If it's inside then scrappers for a rear beam.

Could be bent. It shouldn't be catching with the wheels that are in your pic.

Well, had a little fun today. Engine is now on the stand and i have already started removing unwanted bits and moved things around.......

That big blue multi plug...... Gone, round the back. It looks a lot less cluttered now.

Removed the power steering and alternator gubbins + saved weight

More fun tomorrow
