these people must be the ones that meet u to buy a car then and threaten you take money and gone. heard of it before they always seem to sell bmws and mercs etc.
As for number plates going missing report them to the police straight away i know someone who had plates stolen and that night a car with the plates was used to steal petrol form the local garage. Luckly the police knew about the plates.

Scary thing is, the people doing it won't get a warning/conviction or nothing for it. They will keep on doing it until some poor sod falls for it one day.

I would fucking love it if they did it to the wrong person one day, and they ended up kicking absolute shit out of them.

eBay seems to do fcuk all lately in regards to bad adverts... They only take down the legit ones and not the ones in breach of contract, etc...
