use stuff that came with them, spray pleanty on.
just clean every so often, give threads a wire brush and respray them, youll prob have plenty left in tin, if not give me a shout, usually got a few tins of it going about
I used JCB Grease Seems to have preserved them very well.

Spring compressors arnt nessacerily needed unless your fitting the standard ones back on. Just undo the top mount and run

Buy my Billy Yellows which are far better than any budget coilvers.... Proven working history, both with small blocks and XE's

are the bilstein B10s a 60/40 drop then?
Or when Dave A said he does them with H&R springs, what is the height?

H&R do sport 60/40ish drop or comfort 35/35 iirc, you will probably be able to get either!!

Can you not measure them off the car, set them, tighten the nut & bang them on

eh...
thats what i'm meaning, set them to a height (all the same or same front etc) pop them onn and then adjust them once you see where its settled. You'll prob need to adjust them in a few days or a week to suit too.
Why did you by coilovers if you cant be arsed to play with the ride height

The way i done it was measure from the top of the thread, down. That measurement will be how much you lowered it
P.s, this probably doesnt apply to all coilovers but it gave me a rough idea of how low it was set.
