Wollton is a nice place, don't know it in any detail but reckon you'd get more house in garston.
Why?

Get it done, what would you do for work etc?
Just think, you could go the match regularly and would have daily viewing rights of scouse chicks

Woodbridge Avenue is Halewood not Woolton. That entire development is all fairly new houses, many are detached, not a bad place. Its a bit far from town so taxi ride home is expensive but the area is OK.
It's also down the road from Netherley which some people have posted as being OK - it's certainly not as bad as it used to be but it's primarily council terrace type houses with a demographic to match.
Garston is a bit of a mixed bag, some parts are OK and others are really rather rough. Probably better that you pick a road and I'll tell you more.
If it is actually Woolton you want, you'll get something on budget there, two of my mates have both bought 1970s semis for about 180-ish fairly close to Woolton village which has its own shops/pubs etc.

I've put my name down for a season ticket with the hope of getting one in the new stadium
Plenty of jobs of that nature in liverpool i'd think, can give you the name of some local recruitment places if you need

and now live on Queens Drive, West Derby
My Nan and Grandad live on Queens Drive, by Larkhill Library. Have lived there for years now, and other than it being a busy road, the actual area isnt too bad at all. Have lived in Anfield prior to that which is def worse although the house prices will start going up around there when this regeneration work starts around the new stadium.

These are ones i've interviewed through of late, may just be a good place to start and get advice on local more specialist agencies to help with your requirments?
Select appointments - more general office based but they reckon they've got one of the biggest client bases in town
Kelly services - They have a specialist IT sector, best to give liverpool office a call I should think
