an engine loom that is maybe 15+ years old joined in places and been fitted into several different cars with random connections made here and there often isnt going to be the best.

me mates wired a few old escorts that have been tampered with and has done a course in electronics so hopefully he can figure it out.

mate just rang.
my car isnae cooperating with his computer as he put it in slightly different angry words
as far as he can tell though there's no fault codes coming up and after a little chat we're fairly certain its due to the ignition circuit.
coil/dizzy/leads and plugs are on their way in.
Only prob is i wont know till tomoro as he's off out to get lashed with his bird and i have no way of going over to do a little work meself.
Oh well. Think tis only going to cost me something like 70 quid so not too bad.

ive told mark about it but as said he's off out.
will be trying relays after the ignition lot
