my little project started yesterday the idea is too go back to a standard bonnet and polish up the bare metal to mirror finish

this was my attempt on a bit of a car sill at work, it worked well and the laquer sticks to it easy i just need to be carefull of grind marks from the DA.

seen this done on a lupo, diffrence was this was ally, and polished up to mirror, steel is only going to end up looking sliver to the untrained eye

bonnet idea went out the window when i found out how much a new one would cost me

in the mean time i've painted the rear drums black and the wednesday before PVS i colour coded my door handles, which i'm very happy with.

Anyways heres a few pics other people took of me old wagon at PVS.

Thankyou for the pics

I really like those wheels, they suit the car perfect and look a little euro too!

Did you need front spacers for the wheels cause you have coilovers.
