Yup P2 Saxo VTR or VTS. And it wouldn't really be a money pit. They don't break as much as people think. And the VTR will be as fast in a straight line, but quicker in the bends as your GSi. VTS would be a different league

owning a 172 allows you to have extra cash for mods ie remap, cams etc and you will be laughing when people try it on.

I'm biased obviously but get the CTR if you can afford the insurance.
wouldn't have any of the other cars instead of mine.

Seeing as your the honda man are there many differences in the facelift ones other then the bumpers and indicators in the mirrors?
Scoob that is my only worry with the gsi is that I would get bored as it seems to happen to alot of people

The lighter flywheel which shaves a massive point-fuckall off the 0-60 time, the front seats are different and that's about it.
The newer front end looks much nicer though IMO. Plus you can only get that nice metallic grey colour in the facelft model.

Cheers fella
Yer prefer the look of the new one alot more. That grey is nice but I think id have a red one (with the wheels done white )
Some of the pre facelift ones look better with some kind of splitter that seems to be on a lot of them. Was this maybe an optional extra?

Yer there is alot of price difference. The saxo or pug which are the cheaper options would really be a stop gap with the extra money going into the bank until I change to one of the others in the future.
Just need to decide what to do because with the money that I would save on insurance if I wait until next year could be used to fix my car. Either way it will get wasted ie going to an insurance company or my money pit of a car

That's the Mugen splitter (sorry I don't know how to post pics on here) and yeah they do look great, aftermarket jobby. If you do get a CTR be careful in the wet the standard tyres are a bastard.

Aye if heard they have traction issues in the wet. What are they like on fuel? I assume they would be better then the astra with them not been turbo jobbies. Although im not a high milage person so its not really an issue.
Anything to watch out for on them? Ive heard honda are pritty good but there must be some weak points
