Ronaldo isn't going to leave anytime soon. Not after the article in the papers today where by he was thanking Fergie and saying he owes everything to him. Plus he signed a new deal last year, granted thats not watertight but it's a bloody good sign.

Get get me wrong i dont think hes going anywhere this year but its inevitable he will go to spain,
News paper articles, Contracts they mean nothing in this day and age, Footballers dont have loyalty anymore, thats been and gone

I dont think we really need the cash tbh, 4m at best will go to Smith to buy players so whats the point?
Smith is building a team and if we realistically want to achieve things we need to keep our best players.
I hope he stays, a few more seasons with us and if he decide's he wants to go then we'll get 10m plus for him easily.

He wanted the same he was getting at Arsenal but they said that he is an aging keeper and not even first team so should not be on that.
Looks like he is going to run his contact out now and get the money for it.
