They hit record on there camera when the car was infront doing 82mph! No evidence on the police speeding up i would have thought. Just a few seconds on the audi doing 82mph will all that will be on the tape IMO.

Amazing... police are on strike for better pay, and they wonder why they dont get the general public's support?

Colin, i think you should advise your friend to invest in a specialist road traffic law lawyer.
Police cars that carry video recording equipment are recording at all times. This is for their own safety remember, if someone decides to attack a squad car, its all on camera.

I'm sure they do mate, but the majority of them are just a nuisance to the public! I got followed home by an unmarked car the other week and was accused of speeding (when I honestly wasnt) then the f*cker tried to accuse me of having no insurance (after he had just confirmed it had valid tax and MOT),I told him I would get the documents and prove it to him, he then threatened to have my car siezed if I was not out of my house with the documents in five minutes! His face was a picture when I showed him the insurance certificate, no appology though! T*ssers!

thats out of order davey.
Doesnt suprise me in the least though. Needless to say the people who mugged one of my best friends, beat up one of my other friends and burgled my gf's house are all still at large and unpunished.
Justice eh

You allow to see all evidenve use against you in order to have a fair defence.
If he goes in and asks for it they will post it to him most likely
