Getting rid of all the marks. Now was the only time we could fit it in. The local housing authority are swapping their fleet of vehicles over and they have the contract for de commissioning them, and lettering up/ racking out there new ones, A pretty big job for a small garage.

Bit of an update.

After a while of giving up on the car, I finally decided to get my finger out and get it finished off.

Gone in this morning for the windows to be tinted, Gets lowered in a few weeks (Ordered the springs this morning!).
Also getting some more bits for the interior like the chrome vent surrounds and chrome gear surround (standard seat parts)

So far i have added an aero rear wiper and arm, LED numberplate lights, Cupra vent adjusters (Ones with the red line).

Got to fit the new rear valance to put the exhaust on, Putting a trim there until there are enough funds to have a stainless cat back put on it.

Will get some pics after i have got it back and cleaned it up a bit

What are the 1.4's like speed wise? How do they cruise on the motorway etc?

The passenger side is a peice of piss, But the drivers is a right sod to do. On the drivers side you would be better to pull the driveshaft out to make it easier, but we didnt and struggled for ages.

The rears are only one 16mm bolt on either side, drop the beam and pull them out.

Deano, they cruise pretty well, Mine is the 100bhp one, and still pulls pretty well.

It maybe going up for sale shortly, Just on the look out for something a bit different
