Just got a message back, going to call them and talk on the phone.
looking like its £1000 for a one off carbon GSi bumper and i can keep the molds.
He also can offer a standard corsa bumper for £395 fiberglass with final layer of carbon or £495 for 100% carbon.
Will see what he has to say on the phone.....

Hey everyone, its Mike from www.performance-trim.com
Thanks for all the interest in my products - a friend on Corsasport let me know about the thread, so I've signed up to answer peoples questions. I won't be plugging any of my own products - its a forum, and I'd get kicked off as quickly as I signed up - but get in touch if there's anything you'd be interested in, or PM me on here if its easier than emailing or calling.

To clear things up a bit, the pictures at the start of the thread are of some wings we made about 6 months ago when we were starting up, its only recently that we've been in a position to take on new orders - 2000sqft workshop and full time laminators (not a part time hobby any more!)
The wings in the photos are wet lay-up, which means no autoclaves or aerospace equipment like that - just an honest laminate of carbon fibre and woven e-glass (fibreglass woven into a weave like the carbon is).
LiVe LeE is spot on, carbon fibre doesn't like being put into tight radius's which is why we used to use black edging and black-out all the return edges that are under trim or won't be seen.
But, we now 'vacuum infuse' nearly all of our carbon products, which means the carbon weave can flow right up to the edges and we don't ever get air bubbles or anything like that in the weave. We do still black out the return sides that aren't seen anyway - its just a neater way of doing it.
We make everything to-order, so whether people ask us for the lightest possible %100 carbon part for drag racing, or a cheaper version that looks just as good, or even a fibreglass (woven e-glass) part to save weight on a budget, just talk to us and see what we can do to suit your car.

All I said to Beardy was that we don't just offer discounts to show cars (even if they have 1000bhp and an immaculate car ) I'm sure everyone here has or is building a show or race car - that's the business we're in.
Talk to us about group buys definately, quantity brings down prices for everyone.

very intresting, you might like to get involved (when it goes live) in another project we have, called weekend racer, which focuses on track day cars and also off road stuff, something which im sure your company might be intrested in, and also the members intrested in lightweight stuff

I think a roof skin would be more beneficial than front end bits and easier to make apart from the size.
Got my door cards thanks Mike

One gay thing with them is that you'd need the arch trim on top to finish it off. If a group buy goes ahead, can I suggest we have them designed with either the arch trim intergrated or maybe have the design altered so that it doesn't need the trim?

If you include the arch trim, you would need a different mould for GSi sideskirts.
