Looking good
Was confused what you said about it beign a true 200bhp considering most push out 205bhp as std lol but then saw the mods, tasty Lowered a bit as well?
Im interested in how much this would cost as well, just out of interest really! Also, thos machine buffers... goof for the 'amateur' or can you do some damage if you dont know exactly what you are dloing?

Cost- depends on how long it takes, some may require 2 stages of polishing where as some can be done in one, all depends on the condition of the paint.

Yes but if he was to take a hose pipe and the 2 bucket method to the car as shown in the pic you've provided it would go straight back to how it was once detailed.
Im sure people arent listening, hes not sayin you spend 2 days on your car everyweek, its put the paintwork back to showroom condition and it will take close to a year to get back to the state it was in when he 1st started the detail.
I used to think the same but since reading into detailing i can understand the theory behind it and its definetly worth doin once a year.

I've gone over my corsa, not to that level of correction, but pretty detailed. It last for ages the results. and so easy to clean off. If its rained over night all the cars on the street are dry by about 11-12, mine has beaded water on it still at 4-5 o'clock,
protection.

i had never used anything like this before, got it in the post, cracked it out and whacked it on my bonnet lol
pretty idiot proof really, low low risk of causing more harm than good as it's not as powerful as a rotary and doesn't spin on the same axis so no risk of burning through paint.
there are lots of tutorials on using them, just practice and patience. start slowly with low abrasives and work your way up

I may look into one of these also, my S3 is quite swirly. May go halves with a mate or something so we both get the use.
You have done a good job anyway, nice one.

hose end sprayer- http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-amp-drying/super-spray-hose-end-sprayer/prod_335.html
contents of sprayer- http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-amp-drying/super-snow-foam-5-litre/prod_370.html
not as good as using a lance attachment in a pressure washer- this is proper snow
wash mitt- http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-amp-drying/wash-shmitt-white/yellow/prod_302.html
when doing full paint correction i'll-
pre-wash with alot of suds and leave to dwell
wash using 2 bucket method
dry with quick detailer
clay
wash again....
ready for polish after that
