Fitted the bucket seats today aswell as made all the hard boost pipes out of 2" 316 stainless, fully TIG welded so really nice weld's.
Some photos off the boost pipes which are a perfect fit to where they are supose to go 
If anyone is interested in a Hard Pipe boost kit i will be selling this in larger sizes aswell as makeing it will a large top hat. At the moment the boost pipes (for the pair) are looking around £140 without dump valve take off OR £150 with dump valve take off (both plus postage)
Sorry about the bad photos BUT you can see if comes out of the front mount and right onto the turbo (blue samco temp job until red comes) and you can also just see it comes down an into the otherside of the intercooler

what would you say was the average cost for just the conversion?, not brakes/suspension etc which i could do.

yes mate i can fab most things in anything from ally to stainless.

Update.
Its looking 50/50 for PVShow, it going to be very very close. Main reason being when neil sent me the car alot was in bits and alot had been stripped before i got it. Now putting it back together i keep finding things missing here there and everywhere which is taking up loads of my time finding parts or ordering them.
We will see what the nexy few days bring BUT at this rate i will be MOT'ing the car Saturday morning
Anyway Exhaust system 99% done just waiting on another flange for the back BUT its all made up. Like the boost pipes all pipe work is 316 stainless mandibule bends in 2 1/2" and Box is 304 stainless. All has been TIG welded again.

No, we decided late last week to finish it properly and not rush the final bits just to get it to PVS.

I have one of it pretty much finished bar the front arches and skirts on my phone, but it's the smallest picture in the world.
It's not far off being finished now so I'm sure there'll be some pics along soon.
