Played with the coilovers today and it Doesn't seem to rub so far which is good news. After various opinions I've decided I'm going to have the wheels refurbed in star silver to keep the clean, original look going. Going more and more off dark wheels everyday and I think original silver alloys will suit the GSI down to the ground

Trust me Scott, when they're refurbed, they'll grow on you. Before, i wouldn't consider anything other than dark grey but standard colour will set it off mate. And it stops it looking too much like Ad's!

Update: Had my wheels done this week. They were real tatty before and covered in dents, scratches all sorts. Also got my 2L brakes on

Wheels look brand new

Im starting to appreciate silver wheels alot more now than going white, black or anthracite

Looking good mate, would look nice with some gauges

gsi brakes are not that diff from valver, only real diff, is they are 20mm wide, as apposed to 22mm wide

oh, I just thought my gsi brakes wernt all that and having a let with them would be a bit sketchy. I thought the valver ones were alot bigger

nope, both 256's, only the disk thickness is the diff

Yeh it did. The thing didn't stop too well! Yeh they're thicker and the calipers are bigger. Much better stopping power now anyway
