May I remind people of their legal rights, you all individually have the power to sort this out. I don't generally get involved while the responsibilities of buyers are not exhausted, hence I'm not doing so now.
I would ask those people who are not involved in the trade to not get involved in the thread. We've all opinions, even me, but I would like to keep the thread clean and not discuss the way in which this group buy has been performed as I don't think it's pertinent to closing the deal satisfactorily for all buyers at this point.

Just some advice for people who want their money back - pick up the phone and ask for it, if they dont play ball, write a letter to them with the usual shpill and send it first class recorded. If you see no sign of your money with a week time to take legal action

I've nicked them all. I didn't have anything to do last nite, wasn't tried, so i drove upto Vsport and waited for the van to arrive as Dave normally rolls in at about 11am. Van arrives, I hit him over the head, stash him behind some hedges and then i drove away with all the lights.
So if anyone wants some Depo lights........ TOUGH! I'm going to melt them all down for fun

I'm part of this fucking shambles called a group buy, so here's my 2p's worth.
I think we all should give Dave 1 month from today to either get us our sodding lights, or get us some proof that he has any lights coming (scan of an invoice, anything). Otherwise we should all call it quits and group buy over, money back time.
So that's me, enough is enough... By 10th November, lights, satisfied we have lights and they're imminent, or money back.
... What a complete fuck up this has been!
