if each set of lights is a 100 watts then this means i can run 30 sets of lights on 1 13 amp fuse if that is not enough then plug into the electric cooker circuit which is 32 amps

erm, no. i don't know where you went to school mate but you can draw 2990 watts from a 13 amp supply.
