1-0 Win, saved a pen with 5 mins to go as well

Think thats 5 wins in our last 6 league games now, Gerry Murphy has done a fantastic job as caretaker manager, just hope Lee Clark can continue the good form.

Only 7 points off the play offs as well now

Casillas is on fire tonight. Great penalty save, followed by a brilliant double save from Eto'o'o'o'o'o'o'o'o'o and then Messi.

Shocking performance again from us - we just cant seem to score at home (probably has a lot to do with Torres not playing and his 20+ goals here last year!).

I watched the game on MOTD even though MU had the most possesion spurs still had more shots, but Gomes did well on some united shots, and Bentley had a few crackers as did Modric.

Ah well im happy with a point!

We have depth, we just arent performing as we should - but still top even though IMO we havent hit top form once this season yet - so hopefully much much more to come.

Maybe you should buy a new striker to help with the goal scoring problems.....

Seriously though, cant understand why he didn't bring Keane on yesterday Surley if your chasing a goal it makes sense to bring on a striker, especially if you've just paid £20m for him.

I agree. I also question why El Zhar was the first one brought on and not Babel who is a proven impact type of player. And why did Hyypia start when Agger can offer an extra attacking threat in these sorts of matches.

Saying that though, the team was EASILY good enough to win and just didnt - the same as Stoke and Fulham at home.
