Not sure about biceps, going to guess around the 13 / 14 mark. Arms aren't big. Never measured though.
Bench press - Use dumbells, 2x28kg for my sets, never tried a max. Not sure on barbell tbh.
Bicep curls - Use 14kgs for sets.
Yourself?

nice one..
last time i measured my arms they wer 13.7" left 14" right (tensed)
i bench 70kg on barbel at the moment (not maxing it, but doubt i could do that much more as yet) but easier on smith machine (with barbel built into it)
i do 16kgs on bicep curls

havnt realy got into doing deadlifts, trained at home for a year or so, but only recently joined gym to do it, 225lbs is what ive done at the moment, sure i could do more though when go ust to it...
yourself?
and tom you will 100% overtrain them doing biceps/triceps in one session because the next day when doing chest your doing arms again, and when back comes round you need to do triceps again..
ask most gym people :S

Did 140kg today, for the first time. Went ok, struggles on the last few reps on set 3 though.
All good fun
