My friend was offered a yellow m3 for a swap for a civic jordan, he said no because he looked at the boot and said it was deffo written off before, i wonder if this is the same car :S

Definately not, This car was repaired to a very high standard (so high that i have not noticed that its been damaged, im gathering it was a front end, becuase it has a perfect condition front bumper, adn the splitter and mesh were missing.

I really dont see the problem you have? If the car is repaired well and its road worthy why are you getting upset?

becuase its worth less, i wouldnt mind buying a car is it had been repaird to a very high standard, but thats me, unfortunately most people see it as a big issue.

The advert makes it sound like you are.
I'd pull it and rewrite the advert. Make an obvious Bad Bits list and but CAT C repaired on there.

If somebody has offered you over 2k and will come anc collect with the cash i'd seriously consider taking it.
Can always leave the auction up until you've got the cash and he's driven away.

If it's not on the V5 id phone the DVLA or HPi and confirm that its been a cat c.
Maybe it was only CAT D and therefore shouldnt be on the book.
Have you done the £3 hpi check to confirm it's been a CAT C?
