Just got back, watched the game in O'Neills, full of Liverpool fans judging by the cheering.
Vidic was shocking , Rooney did fuck all too. Tevez looked good, from a midfield point of view, didn't see any strikes from him though. Bringing on Giggs, Berbatov and Scholes didn't change the game any. I know we were 3-1 down but you'd think Edders would make an effort to save the 4th from Liverpool.
Atleast we still have a 5 point lead and a 1 game advantage. Very poor though.

Fecking joke. Harford isn't the man for the job, never was, never will be. I'd love him to do well being a proper Luton Legend and all, but it's not going to happen.

As did Fulham/Bolton, 1st away win of the season?! Come on...
Ipswich/Crewe at 20/1 though Crewe win 7 wins in 8 (i think) now

You backed Luton in a bet?
We haven't won back to back games in nearly 2 years

I didn't realise that, but you lot were all full of hope of survival in the week and all that... It was a poor decision admittedly.
Or maybe secretly i knew that me backing them would make them lose, like Bolton

Personally I never thought he was from the start. To be fair, he's been left with nothing - no real quality players, shite training equipment etc. - but the players have proved they can play ok at times. Shame he can't make them do it week in week out

Agree with that. The players are better than what they are showing. Playing Craddock wide left is stupid. He's a natural goal scorer, not a winger! He wanted to be judged on his team, and this is it. Not good enough. I'd like for somebody to come in as manager, and let him go back to coaching, which he is good at.

Who we gonna get now though? Not many quality managers will want to take on a Conference side surely?
Maybe better off sticking with Harford now we've got him? Not sure.....

Alot of ambitious managers will see as as a chance to grab some headlines and maybe a little bit of glory. I reckon we'd have alot of applicants tbh. Somebody gritty and who doesn't fuck about, somebody like Steve Cotterill or even Ian Holloway.

btw there are probably loads of managers who I've not thought of, those are just a couple of examples.

united were shit, liverpool werent much better, but fair play to them for taking their chances , i'll take comfort from the fact were 4 points clear with a game in hand, which id have taken at the start of the season. Still its a bad game for united to make a show of themselves, but you cant win them all can you
