you could cover that easy enough if you know what you are doing. i very much doubt his tattooist has a clue though so maybe a black rectangle was the better choice.

Nah, that wouldnt be an easy job at all, for anyone. The amount of black they'd have to use in any cover up image and how close and large the lettering is makes coming up with an actual image that wouldnt look stupid next to impossible.
