No, they took that out in then after all of the teams complained about the FIA dropping it in at the last minute.

Well the FIA have already stated that it's legal, but yeah there isn't any doubt that the other will try and implement something similar (apart from Red Bull who's going to have a few problems). But it's not the only reason to why Brawn are quick....

it's not like brawn GP don't have much money anyway. sponsered by virgin, so pretty much have a lot of money in the kitty.

i can see them having a huge presence throughout the first half of the season at least.

awesome race. just wish hamilton had come 3rd. would've been nice to see 2 ENGLISHMEN on the podium.

vettel was as bad as kubica for the crash. was funny though

how did trulli come 3rd anyway? thought hamilton had passed

Brilliant race - Hamilton 3rd place is still possible, but tbh to get anything out of the race was a great performance.

And well done Jensen too - hardly put a foot wrong, obviously making great use of the great car under him!

Was a good race, glad i got up for it, missed 20 mins or so in the middle because i fell asleep though

What a mess by Vettell and Kubica at the end, good news for F1 though, was an exciting race

What's this CURS (spelling?) thing? the extra 80bhp? Does every team have that, or was it a choice of that or bigger fuel tank?

KERS - Kinetic Energy Recovery System - allows an extra 80-something BHP for 6 and a half seconds.

What I don't understand is why Lewis's car seemed to get 'charged up' when he crossed the start/finish line???

Do they all have the KERS then?

Wasn't too impressed with the red-button stuff, i was expecting to be able to choose the in-car view, but you could only view the ones they chose.

No, only 8 cars IIRC but the system apparently adds 30kg to the car and means they have to run a smaller fuel tank due to where the batteries go - didn't look a problem today though......

You can only use 6.5secs each lap, so it gets boosted at the start of the next.

Good race, thnak god the Safety car came out or it would have been very dull.

Hope Brawn GP can keep it up.

Barrichello was a brilliant driver at Ferrari, he just played underdog to Schumacher. Shame he missed out on the title the year he was dominant for them.

I still don't think Button was given a chance at Williams and this result shows his ability in F1.

Good results for Trulli and Hamilton too, considering how they started the race.

Think I'll adopt Brawn though.
