That is part of the reason which smacks of hypocrisy from some at the self styled 'club for all'.
3IAR not even o'neill could do thatyet he's lauded
strachan was his own worst enemy though
all he had to say was some shit like i've always liked celtic or i wanted to play for them and that would be good enough for most

I preffered the fact he wasn't a sycophant, nothing worse than a yes man that says what the media want to hear.
I also find the fact the president of the supporters association came out and said the next manager should have 'Celtic heritage' embarrasing.

I'll crack the jokes Gus Some would probably take him over a proven manager simply because he played with us
Mowbray looks like the front runner just now.

His stock is high in Scotland after his stint with Hibs where he had them playing some excellent stuff. We have John Park at Celtic now who was his talent spotter when he was at Easter Road as well.
He was the guy that created the huddle as well so the fans are bound to take to him.

The huddle alone will secure his services with at least 2/3rds of the Parkhead faithful

Thanks.
Owen Coyle now the odds on favourite at the bookies, I suspect they've had a flurry of bets or insider info.

I still think Yogi
Mowbray wouldn't be bad for you, thing is whoever takes the job will have to have a clear out. A bit like the one thats required at Ibrox

Mowbray will bring good football but will it win things?
The clearout is under way already; Bobo, Naka and hopefully Hesselink and Hartley will follow both being out of contract. Give the armband to Caldwell and the spine of the team is fine.

reckon McGhee will be the next manager
said on radio this mornin he has a clause in his contract saying that if celtic approach him they have to let him go
Wouldnt have that clause for no reason imo

The clause isn't Celtic specific ffs
The new word on the street is Dermot Desmond wants Roy Keane and is willing to go all out to get him
Bookies have halved the odds on O'Neill returning as well

It flashed up on SSN earlier but said nothing about the managers job.
I doubt they would be so stupid but I've been wrong before

O'Leary and Aitken were the 2 being touted back in 2003 so there's previous there.
O'Leary can GTF.

I don't think a clause in McGhee contract would have any bearing anyway. He nearly turned up for talks last year with Hearts and it wasn't really an issue then.
I think Mowbray would be a really good choice for you. And O'Leary is linked with everything really. His odds dropped a lot when linked with us (Newcastle) a while ago too
Can't see O'Neill or Keano though
