going for either the 17" merc steelies or some 16" new beetle steelies (for winter)
and some big faced polished ones for summer, like these but...

small update...
sprayed drivers rear quarter,came out fantastic, didnt think i would get such a good finish from the can!
it then started raining so coulodnt do anymore but its coming on nicely!

so far i have used 5 tins = £20!
will use about 7-8 more but will buy 10 so another £44.40!
not got it from halfords i get it from my local paint supply shop £4.40 a tin
all in all it will have cost me around £65 inc masking tape,wipes etc! not bad for a respray
nic...cant decide on wheels, been thinking mad thoughs about some wire wheels and airbags?!? not sure yet tho, gotta save up first! lol

the wheels need to be blob on. wire wheels maybe work.

dont be sorry mate, not everyone is gonna like it, like i say, when its all done im sure people will come round to it more,
it does look a bit patchy in the pics but i think thats just because the rear quarter hadnt dried, all the rest matches perfect,

its not actually patchy in person, will go take some pics now to show,
i think it lokks patchy on the pics because the quarter hadnt dried,
if you look at the boot and roof etc they all match perfectly with each other, it is just the quarter that stands out,

ah ryte, thats just red paint dust from where i sanded the quarter down, i see them now you have pointed them out,
