Morning
Woke up this morning then fell asleep again so was too late to get on here Might have been able to make it if my PC didn't spend 4 hours booting up. Pretty bad for a 4.5 month old PC. Then again it is an HP
I'm undecided whether to go and get a new battery or not, because it didn't drain at all since I was on holiday, but since I put my headunit fascia back on, it's been dying overnight. Normally if it wasn't run every day, then it would barely be able to start, however with the fascia taken off, it lasted for a whole week on my drive and was at 12.65V.
Apparently our .co.uk IP address resolving problem is due to MS exchange '07 or something, whichever the latest one is. Loads of people are having the problem and MS haven't found a definitive fix for it yet

Which is the latest one then, because whatever we have is the newest one We obly just upgraded our servers and had a DFS system put in for replication between our Oxford and London offices
We had two separate servers before, but to connect to London from here took an age, so now it's all on one big drive both ends

In that case we have 2007, I was right
With the amount of stuff we've got that's reet important, I don't think they'd consider using a Beta.
Metaphorical blood sweat and tears have gone into my heating layout for a particular school, and I don't want to have to do it again, and that's just for starters

nah, we only run beta versions to get used to stuff wouldn't dream of using it on a live customer's server, and with there only being 3 users here it doesn't matter so much if things stop working (and at least we can get ourselves sorted if it does )

Fair enough, not so bad as our 60-odd then.
Just now, I was upstairs at my desk and it wasn't raining, went downstairs and it had started a bit Thought no biggie, it's not that bad. Carried on up the road and it got worse Fortunately someone from my company was on the way up the road in his Impreza WRX so he picked me up He wasn't even giving it much and it shifted, looks nice in black too with grey rimz.

manager is reading my college report which i have had to do based on where iwork should make for some possible awkwardness
edit: FFS he wants me to make some changes to it, but its already been marked and basically signed off so i cant really change it
so dont know what to do,
option a) amend it to what he says and hope it doesnt affect it should it be checked again
option b) change it and show him the changed copy BUT give in the original one
option c) rush to college after work in the hope the teacher is there and see what she says
