What I did was get a bit of wood and started hitting it, they all flew out a gap in the roof of the shed (They didn't realise there was a door) then I stabbed the wood through it, ripped it off the roof and poured white spirit on it and set it on fire.

Yes, southern.

Plus when you have 200 properties to look after I haven't got time to run around with a big stick and a lighter like all you northerners

You have an excuse seems its on the managed properties.

For one on your own house though a professional should not be used.

yeah i think there was!

Wasnt there a video of two American guys pretty much destroying most of their garden and kids swing frame with lots of fire to destroy the nest?

If you have home insurance you should be covered for this free of charge under "home emergency" section. Depends who your with etc

i did have a small nest in my shed (about the size of a tennis ball when i found it) so just put a plant pot over it and shoved abit of cardboard over the top and lobbed the whole thing into the trees behind my house! havent had anything since!
