looks like the back of the drivers sill needs a little work...

Still, after you have put all the performance parts from the other one onto it...you'll be laughing. nice catch there though.

yh it does mate doesnt bother me to much tho as the side skirts will cover it up, il treat it to prevent getting any wose, i think it might just be surface rust to be honest avnt had a propper look yet. and there's a little spot above that to wich you can see in pic 6 just looks like a spot of dirt.

the patch your on about

right ive had a good go at both cors'a this weeknd .
first on the list was to finish the interior few problems along the way as the hx bolts woudnt unscrew from the floor, couple of hrs later and some drill bits it came out

in the new one
[img][/img]

and the old
[img][/img]

still have a few things on the list for the interior dash board, roof light, digi dash, ect

then the mirrors were next
[img][/img]
[img][/img]

then came the brakes and suspension roll bars ect of both cars
had some problems removeing the anti roll bar from the old one as the inpact from the crash had forced all the front end on to the roll bar causeing it to cover up all the bolts holding it on. then once they had bein removed i moved on to the new shell same again probelms as i think all the parts on it are still original every bolt had seized on it,in time they finally came off, no parts were fitted to the new shell as fresh paint will be aplied under all arch's, brakes, roll bar ect. any way il let the pics do the talking

[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]

then statred to strip the new shell down ready

[img][/img]
[img][/img]

then that was it for the day
[img][/img]

coments welcome

right ive had a good weeknd on the car, first off all was to remove the old rear axell as sold it to ecclesturbo on here so off it came

[img][/img]

then it was time to crack on with fitting the rear end to the new shell, so off them came

[img][/img]
allso gave the arch's a clean while i was under there will give a paint latter on

[img][/img]
so how it sits now

[img][/img]

then it was time to remove the engine
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
then off came the power steering unit
[img][/img]
the old one feelling sorry for its self
[img][/img]

you can just notice the rear end on were it needs to be pulled out, slightly bigger gap on the right to the left
[img][/img]

and all so this has arived
[img][/img]
[img][/img]

thats all untill next weeknd

Warm water and bleach and let it soak? It works for almost anything i did it on most of the parts off my old mini and they all come up like that!
