You copied and pasted some rubbish about how a crate is better than not using one.

When we confirmed that's just totally innacurate it's now a difference of opinion.

Why do you use one apart from to keep them locked up if there's not actually a training benefit?

I'm gonna go with laziness.

Don't want to spend time developing your dog, just shut it up and forget about it.

Ok, going back to the first post, if a cage produces a dog that:

quote:
had Ice (my other sibe) by the throat afew times, bites and attacks everything, sits and growls at my rabbit

I think I'd prefer not to have one

2 dogs, a rabbit, and 3 kids, in a council house

Why do people with big houses never have millions of animals and kids

I wouldnt want to upset the badger. Specially if it was as much of a badger as you.

Do you want to be one of my bum boys too? Id quite like my own little group of raging homos.

Yes together

Ashleeeeey hes just a pup. Think of the children who are pure evi' that turned into killers, just babies. Maybe if they had been kept in cages things would have been different. I blame the parents!

We NEVER joke, havent we made that clear.

On a serious note,

The missus bought a chihuahua last year, we didnt have a cage and he used to get himself stuck, knock things over. As he is so small (fits in 1 hand) we had to get a cage for him. However, it wasnt really a cage it was a rabbit run which has no roof and was 3m x 2m which filled my living room floor. This was purely for his safety and put away when we were home.

That gave him nearly the full run on the front room, without being able to get near anything that he could harm himself with/on.

I do however completely disagree with putting a large dog in a cage. There is no need.
