On the plus side he text me this morning with a positive reply and owned up to purposly damaging the lights himself so they would fit his car!
hopefully going to resolve things!
it only took a paypal strike and a thread on here for him to come to his senses!

had not lied to him, told him lights had no bulbs because lights dont come with them when new. bits of plastic in bottom of box was a lie so was them bein dirty i packed these so i should no what exactly was going on

i have spoken to jt today and we have agreed on a deal so can every1 just keep out of this!!!! as im a big boy now can sort my own problems out without peoiple getting involved. at least i replied and made contact unlike some other people on here you dont here anythik form them and you have all made me sound like the worlds worst terrorist or something

I STATED THAT THERE WERE NO BITS OF PLASTIC IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX! WHICH INDECATED THEY WERE BROKEN BEFORE YOU PACKAGED THEM OTHERWISE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN BITS OF PLASTIC IN THERE, ALSO LIGHTS WERNT IN NEW CONDITION THEY WERE SLIGHTLY DIRTY AND SMEARY NOT IN NEW CONDITION AND UNUSED LIKE YOU DESCRIBED!

Right guys i have tried the lights on my car today and i said i would get back to him and let him know weather i was keeping them and taking a refund back for the lights between £20-25 seeing as i payed £50 for them!
do you think this is fair seeing as i have gone through all this hassle and waited all this time to recieve some lights i thought were new and unused but actually damaged, and clearly used, and they dont line up great on the back of my car like they should, and where he has purposely broken off bits of the corners he has cracked the light so i expect it will let water in unless i seal them!
what you think guys??

i said to you on the phone id give you a refund for the lights and you said you wanted to keep them just wanted a partial refund wtf?? and now your asking people about how they feel about this??? its between me and you not the world.

i offred to give you £10 for the tiny bits of plastic that had broken off the lights and i was sorry for that. and id rather have them back to put on my new corsa than give them away really. you didnt do to bad you got them german lights for 50 and bi-xenons chucked in so up to u now
